Experience:
I have over 17 years experience working in mental health services within a support role. I have supported patients with severe and enduring mental illnesses during their acute phase, as well as working along side them during their rehabilitation programme.
I worked at Bromley Community Counselling Service for 8 years where long-term psychotherapy was offered to clients who self referred.
I have experience working within the NHS in various settings such as Forensic Mental Health (out-patients), Community Mental Health Team (out-patients), Mental Health Rehabilitation (in-patients) and GP practices. I also have experience of working within Higher and Further Education at Greenwich University Student Counselling Service, IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) and prison services.
I am currently working at the Priory Hospital and have my own private practice.
